Hi Supercobra, never mind my previous comment, I finally found the way to open a ticket (follow the arrow to the button on the left side of the window.

When I was hovering the mouse pointer over that button, I could see the URL was leading to the same page, so I wrongly assumed there was no point in clicking on it. )

Hi Supercobra, I’m looking at the support page and can’t find any way to open a ticket. Is there a menu bar missing somewhere? Can you send me a direct link to the tickets page (or to the user manual?) Thanks!

Hello, I just received my Ultimate S Blank keyboard and I love it. I’m using it to type this. I have two questions and I hope someone here can help me.
1- On the instructions sheet, it says the user guide can be found on the website. Can you tell me where? I’m unsuccesfully looking around.
2- Under the box, it says the keyboard has media keys for volume control, etc. Where are those keys? (I guess I might find that in the user manual).

@Greenie There is a model with two Windows keys as well. Check if you can exchange it.
