		<description>I haven&#039;t noticed any keys not registering, but I have already hit the sticky key problem and filed a support ticket.

I&#039;m glad Das is standing behind their product as they have in the past. It&#039;s this kind of response that gives me the confidence to continue being a Das customer.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m glad I&#039;m not crazy - I thought it was just some strange instability with my own computer. The unplug trick seems to work, so I&#039;ve kept it plugged in to a front USB port for easy access.</description>
