At Das Keyboard, we stand behind our products. If you purchase a product from www.daskeyboard.com and are not entirely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
Terms and Conditions
- Money-back guarantee only applies to products purchased from www.daskeyboard.com.
- All returned products need to be in their original condition and packaging with all accessories.
- Das Keyboard warrants to the original purchaser that your Das Keyboard hardware product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, which occur during normal use, for one year from the date of purchase. In the European Union, any warranty period less than two years shall be increased to two years. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
- Products must be returned to the point of purchase or such other place as Das Keyboard may direct with a copy of the sales receipt or dated itemized receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to Das Keyboard.
- All items within warranty will be credited, replaced or repaired except for products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, spillage, accident, negligence or modification by any party other than Das Keyboard.
- Warranty does not extend to any damage that occurs in shipment or due to natural phenomenon (i.e. lightning or line surges).
- Warranty will be voided if the original serial number on the product is removed by accident or intentionally.
- Product purchased through auctions, online auctions, etc. are not covered by manufacturer warranty.
- No credit will be given for non-warrantied merchandise or merchandise with physical damage.
Repair, Return and Exchange Procedure
- If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them for their RMA procedure.
- If you purchased from us directly at www.daskeyboard.com or you are outside the warranty period of your retailer, send us a RMA request with the following information:
- Tell us clearly what you need from us
- Problem Description
- Order ID or receipt and Date
- Serial No
- Model Name
- Your Name
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- We will provide you with an RMA number for refund, repair or exchange. No returns are accepted without a RMA#.
- We will not provide a refund, repair or exchange until we receive the original keyboard.
- Exchanges can only be sent to a valid address in the US.
- All customer labels, adhesives and markings on the return products MUST be removed and erased before being sent back for RMA. (Note: If the label adhesive covers any information on the product, or the labels cause any physical destruction to the product when removed, we will consider that as physical damage and not covered under the warranty.)
- To ensure a full credit, please send the product in its original box including ALL accessories.
- RMA shipments received MUST have the RMA number clearly visible on the outside package and include a copy of the RMA request form.
