If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Das Keyboard products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue to initiate a warranty claim.

The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes key switch failures, USB connector defects, PCB malfunctions, and LED failures on backlit models.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear (such as keycap shine or cable fraying from excessive bending).

No product registration is required. Simply keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) for warranty claims.
We do not currently offer extended warranty options. However, our keyboards are built with premium components designed to last for many years of daily use.
