We want to make our community aware of an increase in spam/phishing emails falsely claiming to be from Das Keyboard.
Over the past few months, we’ve received a growing number of reports from creators and customers who were contacted by individuals pretending to represent Das Keyboard. These messages often appear professional, reference influencer partnerships or sponsorship opportunities, and may even include realistic-looking email signatures or links.
These emails are not from us.
What These Scam Emails Look Like
The fake messages we’ve seen often:
- Claim to be from “Das Keyboard Partnerships,” “Creator Relations,” or “Influencer Marketing”
- Offer sponsorships, paid integrations, or free products
- Reference video lengths, compensation ranges, or campaign briefs
- Ask recipients to click a link, sign up on a third-party site, or reply for more details
- Come from email addresses that look legitimate at first glance but are not
Some of the domains used in these scams include variations of our name, such as:
@daskeyboard-team.com@daskeyboard.help@daskeyboard.quest@daskeyboard.one- or similar lookalike domains
These are not affiliated with Das Keyboard.

Official Das Keyboard Email Domains
Das Keyboard will only contact you from email addresses ending in one of the following domains:
- @daskeyboard.com
- @metadot.com
- @daskeyboard.mojohelpdesk.com
Only those exact domains.
If an email does not end in one of these domains, it is not from us–even if the message looks polished or references real Das Keyboard products.
We Take This Seriously
The security of our community–customers, creators, and collaborators alike–is extremely important to us. We are actively monitoring reports as they come in.
What to Do If You Receive One of These Emails
If you receive an email claiming to be from Das Keyboard that seems suspicious, please:
- Do not reply
- Do not click any links or download attachments
- Forward the message to support@daskeyboard.mojohelpdesk.com for review
(If possible, include the full email headers.) - Mark the message as phishing or spam in your email provider
Reporting these emails helps us track patterns and warn others more effectively.
When in Doubt, Ask Us
If you’re ever unsure whether an email is legitimate, always double-check with us directly. We’d much rather confirm something is fake than have someone accidentally fall victim to a scam.
Thank you for helping us keep the Das Keyboard community safe and informed.
